Westonka Driving has been successfully servicing western Hennepin, Carver and Wright counties for over 30 years.  We work closely with four school districts that include Orono, Delano, Watertown Mayer and Mound Westonka. Other surrounding communties like Waconia, Buffalo, Norwood Young America, Victoria and others are welcome to do the online class. The classroom portion of drivers education is run through the Community Education programs of each individual school. There are links to each of those schools websites on the Services page of this website.

Orono students can get blue card through Orono community ed office

Delano students can get blue card through Delano community ed office

There is now e-blue cards available through email and the State will be going paperless only blue cards starting in June

Permit tests are by appointment only and can only be taken at a DMV that gives knowledge tests. You can only schedule a driving test or permit test not more than 30 days in advance.
